At Roamscape Imagery, we’re passionate about bringing stunning landscape photography to your walls. If your order isn’t quite right, our returns and cancellations policy is here to make things smooth and stress-free.

Returns

  • 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We’re proud of our HD Metal Prints, Artisan Canvas, and Archival Matte Paper prints. If you’re not thrilled, reach out within 30 days from your order date. We’ll arrange a full refund or send a replacement—your choice.

  • Framed or Matted Prints: These custom pieces come with a 20% restocking fee to cover production, and you’ll cover return shipping. This applies to any paper prints ordered with frames or mats.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Got a damaged print? Let us know within 14 days, and we’ll replace it free of charge, shipping included, to ensure you’re happy.

  • How to Return:

    1. Email us at roamscape.imagery@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. We’ll send you return instructions and a shipping address.

    3. Securely pack the item and ship it back within 14 days of approval.

    4. Refunds (minus any fees) will process within 7-10 business days after we receive the item.

  • Note: You’ll handle return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Please return prints undamaged in their original packaging for a refund.

Cancellations

  • 24-Hour Window: Need to cancel? Email us at roamscape.imagery@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order with your order number. No fees, and we’ll halt processing right away.

  • After 24 Hours: If printing or production has started, a 20% production fee may apply since our printer moves fast. We’ll confirm if this affects your order.

  • How to Cancel: Drop us an email as soon as possible—cancellations past 24 hours aren’t guaranteed, but we’ll try our best.

Dropshipped Orders

  • For prints sent directly to a third party (like a gift), returns or refunds are only available if the item arrives damaged. Contact us within 30 days for damage claims, and we’ll send a free replacement.
